Dialogue Group is an outsource call centre specialist. Previously the largest privately-owned company of its kind in South Africa, it is now listed on the alternative exchange of South Africa's JSE Limited - Altx. The company debuted on the exchange on 19 September 2006 with a market capitalisation of R294 million.
Dialogue Group currently has three facilities in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban with a capacity of 1490 seats, and is planning an additional site in Johannesburg that will provide another 1 050 seats. Since 2005 Dialogue Group has further partnered with Telecom Service Centres Limited, one of the largest UK outsourcers, in a global alliance that offers close to 6 000 seats worldwide.
Since becoming the first outsource company in South Africa to be awarded an international 'offshore' contract, the group has amassed a broad international and local client base and garnered a number of awards. Notably Dialogue Group has been recognised as "Best Outsourcing Company - Europe, Middle East, Africa".
Reflecting the group's position as a market leader, Interaction Call Centres - Dialogue Group's joint venture with black-owned Tlhalefang Placements - was recently awarded the largest call centre outsourcing contract to date in South Africa for MTN's prepaid customer base.
